Introducing Jeremy Gong….

Born in Jiangsu in China, Jeremy joins our office with a Master of Accounting from Macquarie University. 

But there’s more to Jeremy than numerals and ledgers. Jeremy has fallen for the charms of the great Australian outdoors and is passionate about camping and fishing. 

Now living in Epping, which isn’t far from Newington, Jeremy’s partner worked in Newington for several years. This serendipitous occurrence enabled Jeremy to familiarise himself with our wonderful region. 

Jeremy cherishes working in Newington as it offers every amenity tenants could want, from the local public school, the broad range of properties, fabulous parklands, an diverse retail precinct and a fantastic community feel. 

How can Jeremy help you?

Jeremy started with us in March 2022 after a successful three-year stint in property management, mainly in business development and leasing. 

As a leasing agent, Jeremy also manages tenants when they move into a property and leave. Apart from his familiarity with our region, the highly numerate Jeremy understands precisely what rent every property will attract. 

Having a Master of Accounting is a big plus as a leasing agent. Still, modest Jeremy adds that having excellent time management also sets him apart as a leasing agent, especially on those days when his hands are full showing multiple rental properties. 

It also helps that Jeremy is a fluent Mandarin speaker, given the large Chinese community renting homes in the Newington and Olympic Park precincts.
