About Suk-Jae

Introducing Jae Yang….

It’s fair to say Jae is very familiar with the Newington precinct. After arriving from Korea as a very young fellow, Jae attended nearby Homebush Primary before moving on to Homebush Boys High School. Then after school, Jae became a passionate runner and spent many hours dashing around Newington and the Olympic Park precinct with his mates. So, in some respects, working for Newington is a homecoming for Jae.

Jae swapped his running shoes for football boots and enjoyed playing the round ball game socially until injury curtailed the fun in early 2022. However, soccer runs through Jae’s veins. He maintains his passion for the sport as an avid follower of English Premier League heavyweight Chelsea and cheering on his team at its home ground Stamford Bridge in London, is on his bucket list.

How can Jae help you?

Since starting with us in January 2022, Jae has proven an excellent acquisition given his long and successful career in property management that began in August 2006 and has included stints with some of the biggest brands in real estate.

Before real estate, Jae cut his teeth in business and customer service in sectors such as warehousing and logistics, e-commerce, and hospitality.

With a good grasp of Korean, Jae’s language skills are invaluable when dealing with local tenants and landlords. Down to earth, but no pushover either, extremely efficient Jae likes to cut to the chase and is prepared to roll up his sleeves for his tenants and landlords. Similarly, Jae isn’t one to sit in the office when action is needed. He’ll get to a property fast and solve any problems faster.
